Convicted murderer...Marco Antonio Bonilla...aka 'Shorty'...is being called a hero and will be pardoned...for saving hundreds of inmates during a fire that recently killed 360 in the Comayagua prison.
Inmates say Bonilla somehow got all the keys to open the cell blocks...and free prisoners.
On TV President Lobo said : "He (Bonilla) put himself at incredible risk to save lives during the tragedy."
Bonilla worked as a prison nurse...and reportedly only had a few months left to serve.
