COMMODITIES / COLOMBIA: 2011 Coffee Production Hits 36 Year Low.

     As observers predicted...La Nina's heavy rains and a fungus decimated Colombia's valuable 2011 coffee crop...lowering yields by 12%...from 2010...to 7.8mn bags...the lowest in 36 years. 
     Yet...because of growing global demand...income rose y/y by 13%.
