MEXICO : Despite Narco War...Economy Expands By 4% GDP in 2011.

      At least 46,000 Mexicans have been killed since Felipe Calderon won the presidency in 2006...and began his war on the narcos.
      During those 5 years...Mexico's economy has only expanded by 1.55%.
      But...economists still proclaim that the nation is holding its own...on pace to grow by 4% in 2011...because of car and aerospace manufacturing.
     In fact...foreign companies are more positive about Mexico than the locals.
