CROATIA : Ex-Minister Boljkovac Arrested For 21 WW2 Civilian Executions.

     Former Croatian Interior Minister Josip Boljkovac, 90, was arrested...accused of ordering the execution of 21 in World War Two.
     Boljkovac denies the charges.
     Police say in 1945 Boljkovac ordered the civilians executed...for collaborating with Croatia's pro-Nazi Ustasha regime.
