VENEZUELA : Chavez Already Kicks Off His 2012 Re-Election Campaign.

     Though the election is a year away...President Hugo Chavez has relaunched a political coalition designed to help him win the 6-year presidency again...which he has held since 1999.
     Grassroots groups and small parties are being courted for his 'Patriotic Pole'.
     "We are going to give the bourgeoisie a beating," he proclaimed.
     Current opinion polls show him with 60% support...and a large sympathy vote.
     Chavez, 57, is recovering from still undisclosed cancer surgery in June.
