      Unwelcome news for the USA from Kyrgyzstan's new president Almazbek Atambayev, 55...who just won over 60% of the vote in the nation's first general election...and avoided a run-off.

     The lease for its critical air base at Manas will only be honored thru May 2014. He claims the base poses a retaliatory risk from USA's enemies.
