The police investigation into the double rapes and brutal murders of 2 young French tourists in Salta in July allegedly by 3 men...drags on...as evidence is slowly analyzed.
Jean-Michel Bouvier, who's daughter Cassandre, 29, (above left) was murdered with Houria Moumni, 23, sent the newspaper LE MONDE a moving open letter...asking for the crimes to be prosecuted as 'femicides'...and a monument erected at the site of the crime.
