President Hugo Chavez...will undergo his 4th round of chemo for an undisclosed cancer.
But not in a Caracas military hospital.
Chavez, 57, is returning to La Habana...and will be escorted there by Bolivian President Evo Morales.
He plans to run for another six-year term in the October 2012.
