A new reform from Raul Castro finally allows the transfer of post 1959 vehicle ownership for Cubans living on the island or foreigners residents...BUT is restricted to buyers with dollars or convertible pesos engaged in work for the state.
Foreigners will be allowed to buy or import up to two vehicles.
A 4% tax will be also levied.
