President Ollanta Humala finally broke almost 2 weeks of silence by promising "more action and fewer words."
He had eerily stayed out of the public spotlight...refusing to discuss policies, scandals or his plans for running the country.
He said that he did not want overexposure from the cameras...unlike his predecessor Alan Garcia...who some joked would speak at length... at a letter opening.
