PERU: New Culture Minister/Singer Susana Baca...Profiled/ Interviewed.

     Folk singer Susana Baca, 67, was recently named minister of culture by President Ollanta Humala.
     Baca is the first black Peruvian cabinet member...and the first musician to hold the position.
    Critics praise her voice and her talent for combining rhythms of different genres with traditional lyrics.
