Cynthia de la Vega, 19, from narco troubled Nuevo Leon, claims she was stripped of her title and a shot at the 2011 Miss World beauty contest...because she gained 6 pounds.
As the first runner-up in the September contest, De la Vega was to represent Mexico in Miss World pageant...while the national pageant winner competes in Miss Universe.
The contest organizers claim she was dropped because of "lack of dedication and discipline."
