Respected former French PM Michel Rocard, 81, believes that ex-IMF honcho Dominique Strauss-Kahn, aka "DSK"... is "mentally ill".
During a TV interview, Rocard said: “This man quite obviously has a mental illness that makes it difficult for him to control his urges.”
“It’s a shame, because he is very talented. But I no longer have any faith in his abilities.”
