Federal police have arrested the narco gang Zetas' alleged third in command...Jesus Enrique Rejon Aguilar/aka "El Mamito"...in Atizapan de Zaragoza..."without a shot being fired".
He is allegedly one of the founders of the much-feared and brutal Los Zetas...and carries a $5mn bounty for his capture by the USA.
Rejo Aguilar was a member of Mexico's special forces...but deserted in 1999.
