President Salvador Allende killed himself during a 1973 coup that toppled his government...according to a new report from Santiago medical examiner's office.
Allende was killed by “a single shot,” claims the report.
The report established that Allende sat on a chair in his office, placed an AK-47 assault rifle between his knees and squeezed the trigger.
