BOLIVIA: At Least 28 Dead After Bus Plunges Into Ravine.

In Bolivia's worst traffic accident this year...at least 28 passengers perished and at least 10 were injured...after a bus in dense fog plunged 300 feet into a ravine. 

It was en route from Villazon to Tarija.

The bus was reportedly carrying 70 passengers...well above the legal capacity.
