To fight hypertension, hotel and restaurants in Buenos Aires province have agreed to remove all salt shakers from tables.
Hypertension affects nearly 25% of the population there...some 3.7 million residents.
But salt will still be available...upon request.
Bread makers also agreed to reduce sodium in bread... by 40%.
