VENEZUELA : Prison Inmates Free All Hostages After 8-Day Seige.

     Inmates at the El Rodeo II prison (above) have freed the prison director and 14 other hostages and ended an eight-day siege over jail conditions.
    The government agreed to provide medical services, set up a library and remove an administrator.
    Six inmates were also taken to an outside hospital for possible tuberculosis treatment.
