RUSSIA: Moscow Witnesses 66th Anniversary Victory Day Parade.

   Some 20,000 soldiers and officers marched past the reviewing stand of President Medvedev, PM Vladimir Putin and other dignitaries in a Victory Day Parade...marking the 66th anniversary of the end of WW2.
   Medvedev has promised to upgrade Russian weapons and reform the military.
