Ex-Soviet commando Konstantin Mikhailov may spend the rest of his life in prison for his role in the murder of seven border guards in 1991.
Mikhailov then was a member of the Omon paramilitary police.
He was arrested in Latvia, where he was a citizen.
He has denied any part in the killings...called the Medininkai massacre.
Lithuania charges that Russia is shielding 3 more Omon member wanted for the massacre.
