Bosnian Serb Milorad Dodik (R) cancelled a referendum challenging Bosnia's courts and the UN's supervision.
Dodik had accused Bosnia's war crimes court of bias against Serbs.
"I think that a referendum for the time being is not necessary", Dodik said.
