ECUADOR: 17 Dead, 40 Injured After 2 Buses Collide On Main Highway.

    Two buses collided shortly after dawn on the main highway at Pedro Carbo between Guayaquil and Portoviejo...killing 17 and injuring 40.
    Police believe one bus was trying to pass the other... when the crash occurred.
