COLOMBIA: More Mudslides...238 Families Displaced In Utica; Honda On Alert; 12 Highways Closed.

    More than 238 families are homeless in central Colombia's Utica...from mudslides.
    Officials report one dead and two missing.
    Cundinamarca province officials will decide over the next few days whether to rebuild the whole town on safer, higher ground.
   Heavy rains have also affected Tolima province where officials put the town of Honda on high alert.
  12 major highways nationwide are closed from the flooding.
