Slovenia's Euro MP Zoran Thaler (pictured) has resigned over corruption charges.
Thaler wants his resignation to "... enable an investigation of all facts and circumstances of this attempt to compromise my name".
He is the second MEP to resign. Austria's Ernst Strasser quit earlier.
The UK's Sunday Times alleges that both Thaler and Strasser, along with Romania's Adrian Severin, accepted cash to influence laws.
