A joint operation between the DEA and national police has netted Juan Ortiz Lopez...a suspected narco boss...in Quetzaltenango.
Juan Ortiz Lopez is wanted in Florida for smuggling tons of cocaine.
"This is a big fish and we are satisfied with his capture. It's a great achievement by this government,"said a government official.
The DEA described Ortiz as the highest-ranking drug trafficker in Guatemala.
