BRASIL: 2 March UPDATE: Motorist Jailed For Plowing Into Bike Riders In Porto Alegre That Injured 40.

  The motorist in Porto Alegre, who tired of waiting for a group of 100 cyclists demanding more respect  and injured 40 of them at high speed...has been jailed.
   Prosecutors are now considering charges of attempted homicide.
    The driver, Ricardo Neis, 47, fled the scene but was questioned after his abandoned car was found.
    The riders were connected with Critical Mass, known for mass bike rides around the world that demand more respect for cyclists and often accused of deliberately blocking traffic.
