Since his defeat, presidential candidate Jaroslaw Kaczynski, 61,(pictured) has shocked Poland with ugly diatribes.
He has blamed Moscow for the plane crash that killed his brother and 95 others, claimed the wrong body was returned home and even accused political opponents of sabotaging flight safety.
Now many are questioning whether his pain is affecting his judgment.
"He behaves as if he has not yet come out of the shock after the crash," observes one psychologist. "He is still in the second phase of mourning, the phase of revolt, of opposition."
