At least 14 people died with 106 injured after three buses and a cargo truck collided at Kilometer 42 on the highway between Santa Ana and San Salvador.
Police say a vehicle swerved out of its lane, causing a truck to lose control and collide with a bus full of passengers with two more buses crashing into the pileup.
