CUBA: 23 Feb UPDATE: 115 Arrests On Anniversary Of Dissident Zapata Tamayo's Death.

   Security agents have reportedly arrested more than 115 dissidents and placed another 50 under house detention to deter protests one year after the death of political prisoner Orlando Zapata Tamayo, 43.
   Zapata Tamayo died protesting prison abuses after an 83 day hunger strike.
