Rene Lecour is a first-generation Cuban-American who dreamed of visiting Cuba.
Lecour owns some skateboard shops in South Florida and wanted to bring skateboards because the embargo makes it nearly impossible to obtain boards there.
After failing to get corporate sponsorships, he ended-up with dozens of used skateboards...donations from American kids.
