UKRAINE: Police Arrest Tymoshenko Ally, Former Minister Yuri Lutsenko.

     Former Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko, an ally of opposition leader and former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, has been arrested while walking his dog for alleged misuse of state funds.
   Lutsenko will be held for two months but can appeal.
