Three young people are murdered daily in Honduras as the number of Mara youth gangs grows along with it drugs, extortion and violence.
In a country of only 7,000,000, the annual death toll is almost 6,000 making it more murderous than Mexico. "We are burying kids all the time," says José Manuel Capellín, the head of Casa Alianza, a charity for street children. "It's horrific, the figures are going up and up and up."
