POLAND:3RD UPDATE: Chechen Rebel Leader Akhmed Zakayev Arrested But Then Released; Russia Demands Extradition.

   In Warsaw, authorities arrested Akhmed Zakayev, 51, a Chechen leader Russia calls a terrorist before he could attend a 2-day Chechen congress in Pultusk but a court later ordered him released. Zakayev has been living in the UK since receiving political asylum in 2003. Russia has issued an arrest warrant for him.
  A conference organizer stated that: "He says he believes that Poland, as a democratic country, will not believe Russia's fabricated evidence. He believes that Poland will not extradite him and that he will be released."
