CUBA: Cheap Pirated Goods Are Abundant.
REUTERS/ Esteban Israel / Anyone who visits Cuba is amazed by the abundance of cheap, recent Hollywood movies, video games and even Microsoft operating programs sold in the calles---despite the 51-year-long embargo on U.S. products. Video games only cost... about $2. "The reality is that U.S. products and services are down there whether the companies that make them sell them or not," said business lobbyist Jake Colvin. "The frustrating thing is that U.S. companies are getting nothing for it," he told Reuters.
