BBC/ North Korea wants to repay a decades old debt of $10 million usd owed to the Czech Republic...with tons of ginseng roots. N. Korea owes the money for trams and heavy machinery it received during the Soviet era. The ginseng offer only amounts to about 5 % of the total debt. But, reportedly, the Czech are asking to be repaid in metal, specifically zinc.
