LINK CHANGE/ WSJ/ 1ST UPDATE: 31 July/ Ignacio "Nacho" Coronel, an associate of Mexico's most wanted drug thug "El Chapo" Guzman, meth promoter and Number 3 in the Sinaloa drug gang, was gunned down trying to escape in Guadalajara. Soldiers say he fired on them as helicopters hovered overhead.
