LAHT/ Former PAN party presidential candidate Diego Fernandez de Cevallos kidnapped two months ago, told his family 3 days ago that he is in good health. He disappeared on May 14 from his La Cabaña ranch near San Clemente in Queretaro. His relatives said that they were negotiating a ransom with the kidnappers. An initial demand for $50 million USD has been reduced to $30 million.
