CROATIA/SERBIA: "Historic" New Talks Stress Cooperation.
BBC/ Croatian President Ivo Josipovic's visit to Belgrade for talks is being called "historic" by Serbian President Boris Tadic. Relations between the ex-Yugoslav states have been tense since the wars of the 1990s. Both now support an out-of-court settlement of the genocide charges previously filed against each other at the International Court of Justice.
