POLAND: Berlin's New Airport Predicted To Be Polish Hub.
RADIO POLSKIE/ "It’s game over, the biggest Polish airport will be near Berlin,” said consultant Adrian Furgalski. For years there has been discussion about the construction of a major hub in Poland, most likely near Warsaw or Lodz. But no action because of the $5 billion USD cost and because Polish air traffic is developing too slowly to justify such a new airport.
