LATIN AMERICA: Spain's Former President Warns Of Growing Chinese Influence.
MERCOPRESS/ Spain's former Socialist President Felipe González is warning about China's growing influence in Latin America. “China in Latin America behaves completely different from how it acts in Africa and its decisions are political-strategic besides economic,” he said at a recent conference.
