COLOMBIA: Former FARC Hostages Run For Office.
AP/ MIAMI HERALD/ Seven former FARC hostages are running for congressional seats in tomorrow's election when Colombia elects 102 senators and 166 representatives. Analyst Beatriz Gil says the former hostages may do well because voters are often moved by emotions.``People remember them from the live television coverage of their releases.
