BOLIVIA: General Questioned In Alleged Plot Against President Evo Morales.
AP/ MIAMI HERALD/ Retired General Gary Prado, who captured revolutionary Ernesto "Che" Guevara, was questioned by authorities about an alleged plot against President Evo Morales. Prado is accused of exchanging encrypted e-mails with Eduardo Rozca, who was involved with others in a conspiracy to create a separatist right-wing militia in the state of Santa Cruz.
