AUSTIN AMERICAN STATESMAN/ Two Austin residents won Oscars Sunday night. Actress Sandra Bullock was named best actress for her role in "The Blind Side" and singer Ryan Bingham shared honors with co-writer T. Bone Burnett for best song "The Weary Kind."
