LAHT/ A 24-year-old gunman known as as “El Contry” and “El 24,” Israel Arzate Melendez, admitted that he acted as a lookout in the January massacre of 15 youths in Juarez’s Villas de Salvarcar neighborhood and is supplying police with details about the shooting that has caused public outrage in Juarez and Mexico.
