HUNGARY: Key Interest Rate Cut To Lowest Level In 20 Years.

BLOOMBERG/     Hoping to revive its economy, Hungary’s central bank reduced a key interest rate to its lowest level since the fall of communism 20 ago-- to 5.75% from 6%.
