CUBA: Internet Service Still Creeping Along.

AFP/ Cubans can use email at a few state controlled access points for $1.50 dollars per hour, or access the Internet in hotels for $7 per hour. But with the average monthly salary of $20, many try illegal means that can be dangerous.
