COLOMBIA: Uribe's Popularity Declining.
COLOMBIA REPORTS/ Two recent polls reveal President Alvaro Uribe's declining popularity and the lack of support from the majority of Colombians to stay in power for a third term. His approval rating has fallen from 66% in November 2009 to less than 50% at the beginning of February 2010.
