CHILE: Pinera's Cabinet- Technocrats And Businessmen; No Pinochet Ties.

AP/MIAMI HERALD/   President-elect Sebastian Piñera announced his cabinet with economist Felipe Larrain as Finance minister and Juan Andres Fontaine as Economy minister. He selected mostly leaders from the retail sector, lawyers and economists.
