BRASIL: Polls Show Rousseff Narrowing Serra's Presidential Lead.

REUTERS/  A recent poll indicates that former Lula cabinet chief Dilma Rousseff has substantially cut into the lead of Sao Paulo Governor Jose Serra. Serra’s advantage over Rousseff shrank in January to 7 percentage points from 19 points in November.
