BRASIL: Brasilia's Governor Jailed For Corruption.

BBC/   Governor Jose Roberto Arruda, who was captured on video in 2006 apparently accepting cash, surrendered to police. He is accused of taking bribes from contractors and trying to bribe a witness. Brasil's Supreme Court voted 12-2 to allow his arrest.
